Premium advert seller
This platform has indeed increased my online presence and sales too. Coming from a place with no physical store. I decided to pay for advert and I have not regretted doing so. I get several calls daily though not everything leads to sale as you have to talk more than necessary but at the end of the day, I get some real buyers who even pay before delivery. Not easy but worth it.

Notification barge issue
I keep seeing notification barge of unread messages and notifications yet I have read all messages and notifications. I have complained to get the issue fixed but the customer service seems to have no idea and ditched it with saying I should clear cache and cookies. There’s no option for that on my iPhone.
Also please create a delete message option cause even messages that are archived don’t still archive more like a glitch or a bug.
Kindly get it fixed cause it’s making me uneasy to use the app

Parasitic marketing
I would have given it a 5 star rating but what turns me off is the slow and stealthy way jiji keeps on asking for client information. Like when you register with jiji , phone number is not important. 2 weeks into using the app messages will start poping up provide phone number or you can message anyone on jiji. Further another 2 weeks jiji will start asking for pictures or I.d card . To me this is a down and dirty parasitic marketing policy. Jiji should make all this information mandatory at the beginning of registration process so a client can choose to register or unsubscribe. No need to be a down right filthy marketer
